Oh, how we simply adore a museum gift shop. A museum, yes, clearly, obviously, without fail we love those. But a museum gift shop is also one of our favorite places to scoop up the most unique and giftable items for yourself or a friend. Captivating art prints, iPhone cases, mugs, mouse pads, and trinkets, oh my! It’s seriously a treasure trove of unique findings that you’ll adore in-home or in that gift closet where you tuck away previous goodies for last minute hostess gifts. Below are a few of our favorites that all have online shops! Hip hip hooray for the World Wide Web!

In our home town of Los Angeles, the L.A. County Museum of Art keeps a beautiful rotation of chic art prints and fun tchotchkes. Current findings include Guillermo Del Toro: At Home with Monsters and Picasso and his printers. Both are amazing nods to creative geniuses and their very specific point of view. I will say, if you happen to name it to LA, go to LACMA for the Rain Room, alone. Simply magic.

With incredible photography installations and standing exhibits that have tourists flocking in droves, this stunning Los Angeles institution boasts a fantastic place to find jewelry, art books, and amazing postcards (cue your budget version of a gallery wall using only art postcards for an affordable yet ever-so-chic display)!

A New York classic with the very best examples of modern art, with gift shops that serves up just as much goodness. This is everyone’s favorite for a reason. Happy shopping!

London has it figured out with this incredible museum tucked alongside the river. Make sure you scoop up some prints from their current Georgia O’Keefe Exhibit, and if you happen to be in London, pop in for a perfect Tate date.

We recently did some serious damage here, coveting (and purchasing) all things fantastical from the current Del Bosco Exhibit. From beautiful glassware to t-shirts, art prints, and the most beautiful music compilation to keep you in a dream state, this museum has had a place in my heart since I lived in Madrird over a decade ago. Some things simple never change.
